For the past eight weeks, I've been sending out a combination of Reiki energy and crystal grid energy to friends and family to help protect them from contracting the COVID-19 virus.
Over 100 people eventually signed up to be on my list. There are family members. There are friends, and friends and family of friends. When I began, I didn't know how this was going to work. I knew that my distant Reiki sessions have always worked very well, but this was different! This time I was working on a list of people, many I don't even know.
My first session was March 23, 2020, and I started with a list of 19 people.
Creating the Crystal Grid
After a couple days, I thought I'd amp up the Reiki energy I was sending out and decided to add a crystal grid with all kinds of healing stones. Yes, I probably went a little overboard, but I figured the crystal energy was going out to a lot of people so it had to be powerful.
I started by choosing lepidolite for the centerpiece of the grid, which is a stone for calming frayed nerves, dispelling worry and stress. It also helps with emotional healing and is a good balancing crystal. And finally, it can bring in serenity and relaxation, which was perfect for what I was trying to do! I really could've stopped right there . . . lepidolite can do it all!
I started adding other stones that I knew would help. I chose rose quartz hearts to open the heart, release stress and tension, and also septarian hearts for grounding and to bring more calming energies into the grid.
Of course amethyst had to be added! Amethyst is one of the best crystals for protection and it also removes negative energy, turning it into love energy.
Fluorite is also highly protective and stabilizing! I chose double terminated fluorite points to get the energy moving out to all the people in different parts of the U.S. and Canada.
Once I started adding crystals, it was hard to stop! I added rhodonite for patience and balance, red jasper to enhance stamina and stability, strengthen the circulatory system, and it has a strong spiritual grounding vibration, too.
Amazonite dissolves negativity and relieves stress . . . needed that in the grid! Aragonite is good for a restful sleep, which I found out a lot of people were struggling with. It also brings serenity to volatile situations . . . definitely needed in this crisis.
I continued to add crystals like black tourmaline to promote peaceful dreams, provide peace of mind, and keep toxic energy away. Mookaite jasper protects from dangerous situations.
A herkimer crystal was added to keep negative energy away, relieve tension, and to also amplify the energy of the grid. I definitely had enough crystals to take care of all situations that this pandemic inflicted on people.
The Power of the Grid
When I put my hands over the crystal grid to send out Reiki energy, the power is amazing! Not only do my hands heat up from the Reiki energy running through me, but they feel on fire! There is an awesome pulsating that goes through my hands, my feet, and on some days up to my elbows and knees. On evenings of a full moon, the energy is more intense. I never know what the evening session will bring.

I also post on my personal Facebook account when I'm going to start--7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time--every night, and what kind of energy I felt after the session.
The Collective Strength Results
What I've learned is that there is such a force in collective numbers. As the energy goes out every night, it continues to grow stronger. I heard from some that they feel tingling in their hands and feet. Some people feel sensations of peace and relaxation. Many are able to finally have a good night's sleep after struggling for a long time. I heard that headaches have finally gone away. All of us combining our energy into one collective sends out such a strong healing force to all!
I tell my collective to find a relaxing and comfortable spot to take in the energy and close their eyes at 7:30 p.m. EST every night. It's the perfect time to get in a 15-minute meditation and be open to receive the Reiki and crystal energy showering down. I send the intention to align and balance chakras, clear auras, cleanse screens, and protect, calm, and hug every single person on my list.
In Conclusion
I'm happy to say that the four people on the list that already had the virus pulled through! So far, everyone is healthy and feeling well. I'm feeling awesome since I get a treatment every night, too! It's a commitment, for sure, but once I got into the nightly sessions on a regular basis, it just became a regular thing I do.
It's a small way for me to use my gifts to help others feel a little bit better every day, as we are all in this together.
