Overview
Our Refund + Return Policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It will also need to be shipped back and will need to be packed carefully to prevent damage. No refund can be offered for an item that is returned damaged.
Please also be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. You will also need to include tracking for your shipment so that it can be verified that the returned package was both shipped and received.

The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift Cards
- Tarot and Oracle Card Readings
- Reiki Sessions
- Events (Workshops, Parties, Group Healings)
- Sale Items
- Free Gifts
Return + Refund Process
- To return your product, contact me at [email protected] to receive a return address.
- Ship your product back using the box and packaging material it was originally shipped in. If you no longer have this, please be sure to pack items carefully to prevent damage. It is your responsibility to ship an item back securely – damaged items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received. If there are no shipping damages to the item, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within two business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is posted to your bank or credit account.
Exchanges
Events are non-refundable, however, if something comes up and you are not able to attend, you may use your payment toward another workshop, product, or service.
If you are unhappy with a product and would like to exchange it for something else, please contact me and I'll be happy to work something out with you!
