It’s a great kit to have where you keep all the stones you need for each chakra in one place to keep with you or on your bedside table.
It also comes in a pouch with a card explaining what chakra each stone is good for. It includes a shungite, carnelian, citrine, green aventurine, labradorite, amethyst, and moonstone.
