When meditating holding a tower, it will allow any blocked or stagnant energy to flow again and help reset and feel more energized.
Generators – A generator has six equal sides and six equal faces. They are connected at one point, and help move energy more quickly. A generator draws energy into a space to ground or harness, direct, and focus channeled healing energy. They are good at enhancing group cooperation and efforts toward a common goal.
