There are crystals that are excellent to help a peaceful sleep and others that charge you up.
In this post, I’ll be sharing a list of six crystals you can use for sleep so you have a more restful night.
This post was actually inspired by a personal experience of mine. I had been sleeping with a number of crystals beside me but started to get a sense that the combination wasn’t quite working for me. When I took a closer look at my collection, I saw that I had clear quartz in the mix. Since clear quartz is an amplifier, it was sending me amped up energy throughout the night, which overrode the calming stones beside it.
Once I removed it, my nights became much more peaceful.
1. Mangano Calcite
One of my favorite calming crystals is Mangano Calcite, also known as pink calcite. I just picked up some new pieces of Mangano Calcite on my last shopping trip and love them all!
The loving and soothing energy flow from this stone brings in the comfort of a hug for a good night’s sleep.
Mangano Calcite is a stone of peace and tranquility. It helps restore balance and works while you sleep to bring a bubble of calming energy surrounding you as you rest. It is also a crystal with strong vibrations for self-love, compassion, and forgiveness.
Mangano Calcite helps you let go of past experiences, so it’s good for setting aside the day’s worries when you do a little meditation at night and setting your intention.
And upon waking, it sets the tone of the day with a calming energy.
2. Spirit Quartz
Oh, my! I love Spirit Quartz! It is a master healer that instills patience, cleanses the emotional body, dispels negative attachments and entities, and also repairs holes in the etheric body. It’s very good to have a piece of spirit quartz doing its work on you throughout the night!
While you sleep, it perfectly balances the male and female (yin and yang) energies. It also helps dream recall, assists in astral travel, and balances the astral body, bringing the chakras into alignment. Perfect for a good night’s sleep!
3. Rose Quartz
What could be more calming than Rose Quartz! It’s the perfect love stone. It brings inner peace, compassion, and kindness.
Rose Quartz opens the heart to release past wounds, trauma, and guilt. It eases transitions and works well while you sleep. The love energy Rose Quartz brings penetrates to the cellular level to reprogram the cells for joy and longevity rather than death and despair. Let that Rose Quartz do its work on you while you gently sleep! It’s perfect for relieving stress and tension.

4. Jade
Jade helps with peaceful sleep. It heals the heart, aids emotional and physical well-being, and balance.

5. Flower Agate
I’ve just discovered Flower Agate recently, and I’m totally in love with it. It’s such a gentle and loving crystal! It’s a stone that restores emotional balance and recovery and helps in moving forward. A good addition to the crystal sleep aids beside you each night!

6. Celestite
And last, but certainly not least, Celestite is a very gentle and calming crystal. And it’s so beautiful!
Celestite offers angelic communication, serenity, and access to higher dimensions. While you sleep, it helps clear negative attachments and dispels fear and paranoia.
Celestite calms the emotional body, helping you feel like you’re floating on a cloud . . . a good place to be as you go for a restful sleep each night.
In Closing
These are a few of the most calming stones I’ve found that personally help me sleep well through the night.
It also helps if you clear and align your chakras and aura before bed. And set your intention for a restful slumber by picking up each stone and taking in the energy through your non-dominant hand. If you’re called to one or more stones, in particular, you may want to put them under your pillow to enhance their purpose. Of course, make sure it’s a stone that isn’t so delicate that it breaks while you sleep.
Another practice I find fulfilling in the morning is to clear and align the chakras and aura upon waking. Send out love and light to someone you know who could use the extra crystal energy for the day. They may just feel a little zing of energy enter their heart. And a positive tone will be set for their day as well as yours!
