“Two weeks ago, I contacted Helen and asked about a distant Reiki session. I told her what was on my mind and where I thought I needed support. Helen knew exactly how to best address my concerns. What I did not expect was to have improved mobility after the session. Let me explain: Wednesday morning, while in a yoga class, I noted how different my left hip range of motion was from my right. I thought nothing of it. It was not painful, nor did it adversely affect my yoga practice. It was more noting that for some reason, my whole left leg is more restricted than my right. I never mentioned this to Helen, and it certainly was not the reason for reaching out to her. Our session was for the next evening—a Thursday. I returned to the yoga studio early Friday morning, and immediately noted the symmetry and improved form when going through a yoga flow. I don’t understand the science behind Reiki, but I do have a background in physical therapy. I was convinced my limitations were not “fixable” since I stretch often and have been practicing yoga for 3 years now. I am pleased to note that my improved flexibility remains to this day. This is such an amazing discovery that I am now curious if Reiki is as effective and/or equally effective as a therapeutic massage. My best-educated guess and from my own personal experience, I would have to state a resounding, “YES!” I highly recommend investing in a monthly Reiki session as one would do with massage. Your health is worth every cent.”
"I started going to Helen for Reiki about a year ago out of curiosity and then to see if it would help with my Anxiety. After a session in her home my Anxiety level was less and less. I was going every 3 weeks. I was so impressed with Helen and Reiki I also took Reiki 1 and Reiki ll. Now with COVID-19 we do distant healing again for Anxiety. Who doesn’t have Anxiety these days. It is really helpful and Helen herself has a calming way about her and explains everything she is doing, of course it is over the phone. She is Studying Crystals and has incorporated that into her REIKI practice. Both are very helpful and are getting me through this Pandemic."

"I have had tarot card readings before but never long distance. I wasn't sure what to expect from this, but it was awesome! I'm so glad that I did it!
