Hi! I'm Helen! I'm a Reiki Master, Certified Advanced Crystal Practitioner, Tarot Card Reader, and plant medicine herbalist!
I'm here to help awakening souls find clarity, inner peace + happiness through crystals, reiki, plant medicine, and tarot readings!
My Mission:
I'm here to share my passion for crystals and healing energy! My mission is to help empower people to clear and remove energy blocks that create stress, pain, and discomfort in their lives so that they can live a more balanced and high-vibrational life, which in turn creates a more high-vibrational planet.
My greater mission is to teach you how to use your crystals in the best way possible for healing yourself, clearing stagnant energy, and purifying your space.
My Purpose:
I believe that regular reiki energy sessions are necessary to maintain a healthy balance between the body, mind, and spirit. It enables a person to maintain the necessary inner strength to repel the stresses life brings about. Many people allow life’s stresses to grow and grow before they realize they’re heading for a dangerous level of pain. Or they feel they don’t have the time to take care of their own needs because they’re taking care of other people’s needs first.
I believe that self-care needs to be a priority. If more people learn how to heal themselves when difficult situations arise, they will be able to help others and there will be a ripple effect of more evolved people creating more fulfilled lives for everyone.
My Vision:
I believe we all have the capability to heal ourselves and others through love, intention, and compassion that can be sent out into the world to raise the vibration of the planet for the betterment of all mankind.
I’m inspired by people who understand the healing process and are open to and interested in making the necessary changes in their life to grow spiritually and more aware of what they can become. People who can let their guard down and be open to change inspire me. I’m motivated by those who are excited about their lives and open and committed to learning and healing in a lot of different ways.
When I do energy work, I feel as fantastic as my clients feel at the end of the session. I want to share my good feelings with others and do more energy work, especially for people just learning about it. It is so awesome that I can send the powerful combined healing energy of Reiki and crystals out distantly to anywhere in the world!
It excites me to pick out the perfect crystal for someone! I absolutely love teaching others what I know about crystals, healing energy, Reiki, and how to remove energy blocks.
It's so important that we all work toward the common goal of contributing as many positive vibes as possible to our Mother Earth and raise the vibration of the planet together!

Hi! I'm Helen Tierney, and I continue to be a work in progress! After retiring from my boutique in Newburyport, MA, I was able to pursue other interests.
Crystals, jewelry, reiki, tarot, and now plant medicine.
My Reiki training started in 2019, and I became a Reiki Master in 2021. The combination of reiki and crystals was a perfect match! Powerful things happen when they are used together.
Reiki eases stress, pain, emotional imbalance, and crystals help balance and move out negative energy.
In 2020, I completed an 11-week Crystal Healing Certification Program with Ashley Leavy through her Love and Light School of Crystal Therapy. It was amazing and I followed it with another ten weeks of learning how to be an advanced crystal practitioner. I completed the two courses in 2021.
I also learned how to work on animals using crystals and reiki, and have had several successful sessions working with animals and some of the issues they struggle with.
I offer in-home reiki sessions in Rowley, MA, which is in Boston's North Shore area, and I also offer distant reiki to anywhere in the world.
My in-home shop is open by appointment, and I have an abundance of crystals, jewelry, and plant medicine for purchase. If you need guidance in choosing the right crystal, piece of jewelry, tea, or tincture, I'm at your service!
I've dabbled in tarot reading for many years, but started studying more about it in 2020 with Ethony Dawn and her Summer School Tarot Readers Academy. I completed her Master Advanced Tarot class in 2022, and do many readings at Wellness Events, in person, and over the phone.
My latest interest has been plant medicine. I have had gardens all my life, and I started getting interested in the healing properties of plants that I grow in my own backyard in 2024. I took an herbalist course with Dr. Nicole Apelian and now grow over 50 types of healing herbs that I turn into teas and tinctures.
I’m trying to do my part to lead others back to their true selves, ultimately helping to align with their life’s purpose so they can fulfill their personal life mission.
I’d like to create a positive ripple effect in the world and help raise the vibration of the planet as a whole. My business helps people heal and evolve into the best versions of themselves.
